Terms & Conditions

• For new reservations from 4th November 2024 – 20th December 2024.
• Offer valid for new customers aged 65 or older who are currently not residing at Riverstone.
• Eligibility for the offer will be attained following signing of a reservation form and payment of the reservation fee (£5,000), which should be simultaneous.
• Offer will have a maximum value of £50,000 and any costs beyond this will be borne by the buyer.
• Offer is non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered, even if the figure is below £50,000.
• Riverstone retains the right in our absolute discretion to substitute a reward of equivalent value if this is necessary due to factors beyond our control.
• If the property sale is cancelled for any reason, the offer will no longer apply. Riverstone shall be reimbursed for any costs already incurred.
• This offer can be withdrawn at any time and without notice.
• Riverstone preferred solicitors, interior design suppliers, and removal service businesses must be used.
• The contribution towards legal fees applies only to the conveyancing costs relating to the property purchase itself, and no other potential legal costs that the reservee may incur.
• 20 hours of support from The Senior Move Partnership Managers time included.
