Terms & Conditions

• For new reservations from 4th November 2024 – 20th December 2024.
• Reservation Fee £5,000 (Five thousand pounds). 
• Fully refundable until you have instructed solicitors. 
• Where either party cancels the reservation before you have instructed your solicitors, you will receive a full refund of the Reservation Fee.
• If either party cancels the reservation after you have instructed solicitors, we will refund the Reservation Fee less our reasonable legal costs incurred to date, with the deduction capped to a maximum amount of £1,500.

• The reservation fee shall be held for a period of 6 months, within which time your current property should be sold
