If you print off, copy or download any part of this Site in breach of these Terms of Use, your right to use our Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

The trade marks, logos and service marks ("Intellectual Property") displayed on our Site are the registered and unregistered marks or designs of Riverstone, our affiliates, our licensors and/or our suppliers and are protected by all applicable EU and international trade mark laws. No failure to exercise and no delay on the part of Riverstone in exercising any right, remedy, power or privilege of Riverstone under these Terms of Use and no course of dealing between us shall be construed or operate as a waiver, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power or privilege on the part of Riverstone.

This Site, any content contained herein, and any contracts entered into as a result of usage of this Site are governed by English law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
