Who are we?

Riverstone Group is made up of different legal entities, the details of which can be found in our Terms of Use. This list may be updated from time to time.

When we say ‘Riverstone’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to the relevant company in the Riverstone Group responsible for processing your personal data. Any company within the Riverstone Group that processes your personal data will do so accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Riverstone Operations Limited is the company that manages the properties owned by the Riverstone Group. In this role, Riverstone Operations Limited will process your personal data on behalf of the relevant company within the Riverstone Group and also as a controller for the purposes of managing the Riverstone Group’s developments.

What is our legal basis for using your information?

• If you request further information about Riverstone Group’s developments, our lawful reason for processing your personal data is that we have a legitimate interest in doing so. Sharing your information

The personal data that you provide to us will be shared between members of the Riverstone Group where this is necessary to provide information to you, or to provide any service that you have requested.

We will share your information with selected third parties including:

• Business partners including The Good Care Group which will be offering the Riverstone Living bespoke care facilities.
• Our suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you, e.g. our IT providers.
• Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site.
• Our employee training & development service providers.
• Any named organisation that we run an event or promotion in partnership with. We will be very clear what will happen to your data when you register for, or express your interest in, any such event.
• If we merge with another organisation or form a new entity, your personal data will be transferred to that new entity.

We will NOT sell your personal data to any third parties.

We will disclose your personal data to third parties such as courts, regulatory or law enforcement bodies, or our professional advisors if this is required in order to:
