Kensington ‘In conversation with’ Humphrey Hawksley & Lucinda Hawksley
Humphrey Hawksley is an award-winning author and former BBC foreign correspondent whose assignments took him to conflicts all around the world. He will be joined by Lucinda Hawksley, a celebrated author, broadcaster and great-great-great-granddaughter of Charles Dickens.
You can hear about their collective writing, travelling and reporting, plus Humphrey will also be talking to Lucinda about what it’s like to research and write about Dickens – and what surprises can ensue when writing about members of one’s own family, with plenty of time to ask questions afterwards.
Following this complimentary interactive talk hosted by Goldster, you can enjoy a champagne lunch with our friendly team and residents.
