With a tireless commitment to excellence, we have created two exceptionally designed developments in Fulham and Kensington, exclusively for people over 65.
In spring 2021 our Riverstone Fulham and Riverstone Kensington show apartments opened. To celebrate this milestone and support our continuous improvement and innovation, we asked everyone in our team what makes them most proud of Riverstone and which achievements make us stand out. It’s more than just the beautiful homes and extraordinary services and amenities we’re creating; it’s also the sense of community and belonging we’re building for residents and Riverstone people alike.

Breaking stereotypes
All the research into older age confirms that today’s over 65s aren’t always looking to retire or to stop what they love doing most when they reach a certain age. They certainly don’t want to make compromises about where and how they live.
Riverstone decided to meet the needs of this dynamic age group with a new lifestyle offering, encompassing well-being, that lets people over 65 live exactly as they want to live.

Independence, individuality and choice
From our own experiences with our parents, we knew that traditional care and retirement homes weren’t meeting the needs of the new breed of over 65s who live in London. We decided to offer people something better.
The independence they’ve always enjoyed in the neighbourhood they love. An apartment that they own. Most of all, a lifestyle full of choice, with well-being at its heart, that enables people to be active and social, and continue learning until any age.

Greeting everyone with a bright smile and being generous with our time, regardless of who they are. We’re never afraid to express our personality and sense of humour because we’re creating a new way of living.
All our residences – and residents – will be part of the Riverstone Club, which offers a wide range of events and activities, a way to continue making the most of London, and the means to enjoy new experiences and make new friends.
We have a clear vision at Riverstone: to create a lifestyle and home that’s designed to offer you choice, independence and peace of mind. I have a personal connection to this through my parents. They are active and busy, mixing social activities with charity work and live life to the fullest. Our Information Suites and Show Apartments are open and we’d be delighted to give you a tour. Family and friends are more than welcome too, including four-legged friends. We have strict hygiene measures in place to make your visit Covid-safe. We offer a complimentary private car service to and from homes in Central London to our Show Apartments.
